Service and Maintenance Contracts
In conjunction with the factory service technicians, ASC can provide training to the local communications company and electrical contractors that maintain the client’s existing dispatch and siren systems to provide local support and services.
Project Completion and Wrap Up:
During installation, onsite training of maintenance contractors can be performed so that any future enhancements or changes to the system can be implemented locally, easily and inexpensively.
To eliminate the expense of factory service technicians being onsite for warranty or service local service organizations can be utilized to ensure quick response and minimal down time.
In addition those clients with the CompuLert™ wireless SCADA system have the feature of online training through remote access software. With the remote access software, factory engineering can provide training to operators and system maintenance personnel while online, again reducing cost for additional operator training as new operators come into the system.
ASC also provides full service and maintenance contracts during and after the warranty period. This ensures that the system is maintained in peak condition and to factory specifications.
